To Castle Douglas with cardboard, paper, glass, old bark from paths and batteries. The men there are always very helpful. Then to Bute-II-Full !! garden centre. A tatty looking place but my wife said a big selection of plants better than anywhere else we have been. Garden pots, all sizes, some very big indeed bring sold at half price. OH bought a Pulsillata.

Thence to TAS by Tesco, on the old station site to look at possible gravels with which to to replace the bark. We sort of decided in Golden Flint with Oyster Pebbles as a second string. I liked Golden Flint best.
